Welcome to the latest installment of SF Happenings, where you'll find the coolest things to do in San Francisco beginning August 25, 2016.

If you’re a local, you’re probably already aware that there are a lot of amazing things happening in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area — from art exhibits and cultural events to outdoor activities and a seemingly never-ending array of new restaurants and other spots opening.

But, in case you didn’t know (or are having trouble keeping up with them all), we’ve launched a new series to help you out called SF Happenings.

Each Thursday we’ll publish a roundup of the coolest events and fun things to do so you can plan your weekend — and maybe even the next few weeks — with ease.
