San Francisco to Improve Patient Care via Health Information Exchange
Going to a new doctor can be frustrating for many people because transferring records is usually riddled with time-consuming delays. What used to be a heavily bureaucratic process can now be made smoother and more cost-efficient, saving millions of dollars in overall health care costs.
