How do I submit revisions to my issued San Francisco building permit?

You can submit revisions to your issued San Francisco building permit by filling out a new permit application form. On the form under the General Description (item # 16 on Form 3/8), you need to indicate what permit application number you want to revise and provide a brief description of the changes.
