Can I use my Clipper Card to pay for a friend?
No, Clipper Cards are intended for individual use only. In fact, Clipper Cards are programmed to not allow you to touch your card to a sensor more that once in a ten-minute window. This protects you from accidentally double charging yourself for a single ride.
