How do I complain about the condition of a shelter in San Francisco?
You can file a complaint about the condition of a San Francisco shelter by contacting the Shelter Monitoring Committee at 415-255-3642, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. All complaints will remain confidential.
You can also make a complaint in person at the Shelter Monitoring Committee 1380 Howard Street, 1st Floor San Francisco, CA 94103. The Shelter Monitoring Committee has drop-in hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 12pm. You can also register complaints about shelter conditions with the Human Services Agency at 415-558-2848.
