When filing a complaint, you will need to provide the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Contact Information
  3. Exact property address of where the problem/hazard exits
  4. Exact/specific statement describing the problem or concern

Once your complaint is in the system, you may track it online through the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection Online Permit and Complaint Tracking System.
