When does the San Francisco Department of Elections mail vote by mail ballots to San Francisco voters?
The San Francisco Department of Elections will start to mail vote by mail (absentee) ballots to San Francisco voters for the November 8, 2011 election on October 10, 2011.
Because the first day the department mails vote-by-mail ballots to voters is October 10, you may not receive you vote by mail ballot until after October 11, 2011.
