To be eligible for the Downpayment Assistance Loan Program (DALP) offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) applicants must meet a number of requirements. The applicants must have an income not exceeding 120% of the area median income for San Francisco – in the case of a family of four, $121,900. The applicants must also provide a minimum downpayment, and comple a first-time homebuyer education course.
