I know the Supervisor Avalos
I know the Supervisor Avalos had introduced legislation that would have made it illegal (I believe) for tenants to be kicked out of their apartments when landlords were foreclosed on. Mayor Newsom vetoed this but said he'd offer some kind of compromise...not sure if that happened. It's definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.
