Removing the Restrictions placed on Businesses in the 70s

And yes allow the Bath houses to reopen in San Francisco

Remove the restrictions on opening bars and restraurnts and clubs. Remove the restrictions of the entertainment districts so that Business can open more easily and thrive. And start with courting the Gay $ That San Francisco has chased to the East bay and South bay for the past 20 years
