SFMTA offers Public Participation Survey to improve services and a chance to win a $50 Clipper Card

In an effort to foster a more comprehensive engagement with it’s services, SFMTA is updating it’s Public Participation Plan, and looking for input from the community.

Effective from Friday, July 1, 2016, 6:00 p.m. – Sunday, July 31, 2016, 5:00 p.m., SFMTA is collecting feedback on an online survey in order to improve Agency activity and allow Agency staff and administrators to make better decisions. Upon completion of the survey, you’ll be eligible to win a $50 clipper card!

Established by voter proposition in 1999, the SFMTA, a department of the City and County of San Francisco, oversees the Municipal Railway (Muni), parking and traffic, bicycling, walking and taxis within the City and County of San Francisco. With five modes of transit, Muni has approximately 700,000 passenger boardings each day.

With such a large population served, community input is invaluable in improving and maintaining the quality of services. You can find the survey in a variety of language options, here.
