94114 Noe Valley
Located in the central part of San Francisco bordering the Mission and Castro neighborhoods, Noe Valley began as a working-class area but has since become much more upscale due to years of gentrification. While it remains mostly residential, Noe Valley restaurants are considered among some of the best in the City and many small businesses along its main commercial centers on 24th Street and Church Street. Many of the homes are Victorian and Edwardian architecture that allowed for building houses in rows. And still today, Noe Valley’s homes are often found three to four and as many as twelve homes built on the same side.
A diverse area, Noe Valley is home to both liberals and conservatives, traditional working class families as well as Silicon Valley workers. The hills that surround the area and set it somewhat apart from the rest of San Francisco.
