Nieghborhood/homeless

I know that San Francisco is a tourist city but who would care to visit our beautiful city again after seeing

the streets litered with homeless and garbage everywhere. I was born in San Francisco and i know how the streets use to be (especially Market Street) and i know that if enough careing people could get together and have "pick up the trash day" or "Let's keep the sidewalks clean week" and do something together as a group who put their labor where our mouth  is then i think we can make a change in the attitude of people who don't care.
