Cloudy skies and patches of fog are expected in the Bay Area this morning, before becoming partly cloudy and breezy later today. Highs in the lower to mid 60s are anticipated. Northwest winds 15 to 20 mph are also expected, increasing to 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon.

MOTORCYCLIST KILLED IN OUTER SUNSET CRASH IDENTIFIED

A motorcyclist who was killed in a crash early Sunday morning in San Francisco's Outer Sunset neighborhood has been identified by the medical examiner's office as Ryan Sitko.

Sitko, a 23-year-old San Francisco resident, was riding a motorcycle east on Judah Street at about 1:40 a.m. Sunday when he struck a center median at 39th Avenue and flipped over, police said. He slid under a parked car and was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, according to police.

The Giants have been overwhelmed by Bryan Stow's situation, and it's clear from their reaction on Sunday how excited they were to learn that the LAPD arrested a suspect.


Word of a break in the case of Bryan Stow was the talk of AT&T Park Sunday.
