GPS tracking will warn domestic-violence victims when abuser is approaching

To give domestic-violence victims a chance to escape abusers who ignore restraining orders against them, judges in Orange and Osceola counties will begin mandating the use of GPS-tracking devices in what they deem the highest-risk cases.
