How do I enroll my child in a San Francisco Unified School District school for the first time?
In order to enroll your child into an SFUSD school, you must get an application at 555 Franklin Street and fill it out in person. As a parent or guardian you must provide a picture ID, proof of your child’s birth and two original proofs of home address that are no more than 45 days old (must show the date).
