When did the Golden Gate Bridge have the least traffic?

The Golden Gate Bridge had its lowest amount of car traffic on Monday, January 4, 1982. On that day a devastating rainstorm struck the San Francisco Bay Area.  Earth slides and flooding covered the highway and roads near the Bridge.
