I recently sold a vacant property in San Francisco. How do I remove my name as the owner of record?
If you recently sold or transferred interest in a vacant property in San Francisco, you can notify the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection to have your name removed as the listed agent on the vacant property list.
Once you’ve contacted the San Francisco Department of Building Inspection, they will send all vacant or abandoned building annual application renewal packages to the new owner of record.
