How do I report a pothole in San Francisco?
You can report a pothole online on the San Francisco 311 page. Start at the sf311.org home page, and choose “Streets & Sidewalks.” From the Streets and Sidewalks page, click “Street/Sidewalk Defects,” and choose the type of problem to be reported as well as the location of the problem.
Once the problem and location are selected, a pop-up window will appear for you to enter the relevant information to report the problem.
