The Police in the Community (PIC) Program offered to first-time homebuyers by the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) is a downpayment assistance loan program designed to assist police officers employed by the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) in purchasing a first home in San Francisco.
