Can I get a San Francisco residential parking permit for my business?

Under the San Francisco Traffic Code commercial business owners are eligible to obtain a residential parking permits if their business is located within an RPP area. Only one permit can be issued to any business address. However, if your business does commercial delivery you can have a maximum of three residential parking permits.

You will need a copy of current commercial business lease, business tax registration certificate and copy of current vehicle registration.

The registered vehicle owner must be the same individual on the business lease and tax certificate. A business owner may assign a permit to an employee with a written approval on company letterhead.
