What is the mascot for the San Francisco State University?

The mascot for San Francisco State University is the Gators. The Gators play in the California Collegiate Athletic Association in Division II of the NCAA. Gators play in purple and gold colors and support five men’s sports and six women’s sports. The Gators are notably successful at wrestling – and have attended a National Championship every year since 1963.
