Where do the San Francisco 49ers play their games?

The San Francisco 49ers play football at Candlestick Park, which is located in the southern portion of the city at Candlestick Point. The stadium was named Candlestick Park in 1959, but adapted the name 3Com Park in 1995. In 2004, 3Com Park became known as Monster Park, and in 2008 in was returned once again to Candlestick Park. But no matter the name, the 49ers stadium will always be a part of our Friday night football ritual in San Francisco.
