Operationalize the relationship between the County, Unified and City College

Breakdown bureaucratic silos by creating a comprehensive institution that acknowledges the relationship between PreK-20 and Life.  With parents and communities as the base, the county can provide extra-educational services that reinforce our commitment to education and opportunity.  Unified will be able to do its job better with the support of the county and City College plays a vital role in developing the workforce and represent another investment in human capital.  This approach necessitates vibrant neighborhoods, stronger citizenship and economic growth.
