Yes on Proposition 25 - End the Budget Gridlock
47 other states pass their budget with a simple majority vote. But in California, we are now almost 3 months late with our state budget, hurting kids, the elderly, and the most vulnerable, because a 2/3 vote is required to pass the state budget. A small minority in the Legislature holds our state hostage. This is not democracy. It's time to end the insanity and pass Prop 25, which will restore budget sanity by requiring a simple majority vote to pass our budget.
