MUNI Customer Satisfaction

Examiner reports this morning that customer satisfaction is as at the lowest point in a decade.

Almost sad to read the Director try to put a good face on it. Kind of hard to spin being late more than 25% of the time and a report card that shows almost half of your customers are dissatisfied with your service.
