Where are the Clipper Card Customer Centers Located?
While you can add value to your Clipper Card at stations around the city, there are only two Clipper Card Customer Centers. You can purchase a new Clipper Card, add value to an existing card, deal with a damaged or defective card or apply for a discount card at these Clipper Card Customer Centers.
One Customer Center is on the concourse level of the Embarcadero BART/MUNI station and the other location is at the Bay Crossings store in the Ferry Building.
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission has plans to build more Clipper Card Customer Centers in the upcoming months – the next one set to be in Oakland.
