Today is Election Day in San Francisco, do you know what’s on the ballot and where you can vote? San Franciscans have the opportunity to vote for several candidates and take a stance on eleven local ballot measures that will greatly affect our city. What and Who Am I Voting For?

Key local issues regarding affordable housing, short term residential rentals and defining clean, green and renewable energy will be on the ballot, as well as several major public offices. Residents will take to the polls to vote for the Mayor’s Office, as well as San Francisco’s District Attorney and Treasurer. For a full list of candidates, click here.

How Can I Find My Nearest Polling Location?

Polls will open early at 7AM and close at 8PM. Everything you need to know about the upcoming election including information on when, where and how to vote, is made available by the San Francisco Department of Elections on their website.

In order to accommodate San Francisco residents, ballots and voting information will be offered in Chinese, Spanish and Tagalog.
