Another successful and informative event sponsored by Assemblymember Ting!

On November 21, Assemblymember Phil Ting hosted a productive “coffee break” in San Francisco’s Marina District. The event, which took place at the Moscone Recreation Center, was an ideal time for San Franciscans to learn more about what’s going on in Sacramento. The two hour event was welcomed by the Marina Community Association of San Francisco, an organization that represents residents in the thriving and vibrant district.

Attendees were encouraged to share their ideas, questions and concerns regarding the state budget and legislation. The topics that were discussed at coffee break, such as education, housing, transportation and the state budget, are some of the most pressing issues facing California. Did you miss out on the last coffee break? Don’t worry! Ting will host another another one on January 9. Get the details here.
