Holiday Fun at Pier 39

Get into the holiday spirit and head to Pier 39 this weekend, November 21-22, for the annual Tree Lighting Celebration! Watch the pier’s 60-foot tree, which is adorned with hundreds of glittery ornaments and twinkling lights, illuminate the San Francisco skyline. Pier 39 has partnered with Disneyland Resorts for this special event, so plenty of your favorite Disney characters will be in attendance. Festivities will commence at noon each day and conclude in the early evening with a special tree lighting ceremony.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and take pictures with Disney characters, write letters to Santa and craft holiday goodies. There will also be several mini-concerts at the pier throughout the weekend, including performances by the Oakland Youth Chorus and the Grammy award-winning group Mariachi Divas.
