Yes, all AC Transit buses have bicycle racks mounted on the front of the bus, each rack holds two bikes. You can board a bicycle any time of day, without an extra charge. Bike racks are available on a first come, first-served basis. If a rack is full you will need to wait for the next bus.

MCI buses, the dark green vehicles typically used for transbay routes, generally have under carriage bike racks that can accommodate two additional bikes. On weekdays and holidays from midnight to 5:30am and midnight to 9:00am you can take bikes inside buses with at least two doors if the rack is full and there is space in the bus.
