How can I report the serial numbers of my lost item?
If you lost an item in San Francisco and would like to report your serial numbers to supplement your lost report, you can visit the SFPD website and complete and Additional Loss Report Form. After you complete this form, you can mail it to:
San Francisco Police Department
ICSS – Room 475, Hall of Justice
850 Bryant Street
Or, you can fax your Additional Loss Report Form to (415) 553-1554
