If your Clipper Card is not working it may be damaged, defective or blocked because of a reported fraudulent usage claim.

If you think your card is malfunctioning, you need to return the card to the Clipper Customer Service Center for inspection. If it is found to be defective through no fault of your own, and it is less than one year old, Clipper will replace the card and restore your balance to a new card.

If the card is damaged, you will need to pay the $5 fee to replace the card and restore the balance.
