From March 1, 2011 to February 29, 2012 your rent is allowed to increase .05% each year.

To calculate your new rent under a 0.5% increase, multiply your current rent by .005. For example if your current monthly rent is $1,250 under a .05% increase your new monthly rent would be $1,256.25 ($1,250.00 x .005 = $6.25).
