Yes, the San Francisco Human Services Agency works with The TALK Line, which provides free crisis counseling for parents who are feeling stressed out or overwhelmed. The TALK Line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and there is always someone to talk to and someone who will listen. The number is (415) 441 – KIDS.
