When is the deadline to request an individual property assessment for a TIC unit?
You must submit the Request for Notification of Individual Assessed Value for TIC Units Form and the Supplemental Questionnaire to the Assessor Recorder’s Office by March 30 of each calendar year in order to have an assessment that is effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1. You can obtain a copy of this form in person at the Office of the Assessor-Recorder or online.
