For lost and found information for personal belongings left on an AC Transit bus you can call AC Transit Customer Relations at (510) 891- 4706. You will need to provide customer service with the route, date and a description of the lost item(s). If you have lost an item on AC Transit please call customer service after 9 a.m. the day after you lost an item.

You can reclaim lost Items at the AC Transit Oakland Customer Service office located at 1600 Franklin Oakland, CA. Customer service will only keep lost items for 30 days. The customer service office is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (closed holidays).
