Every Tuesday at noon the Department of Emergency Management tests the City’s Outdoor Public Warning System by running a siren for 15 seconds. In the event of an emergency or disaster the siren would be repeated, and followed by voice announcements.

For more information about what to do if you hear sirens other than Tuesday visit the Department of Emergency Management's website
