Assemblymember Phil Ting Invites Citizens to Celebrate San Francisco Pride

We are just a few days away from the nation’s largest LGBT Pride celebration here in San Francisco. The Pride Celebration and Parade is an important part of our community and history here in the Bay Area.

With over 200 parade contingents, 300 exhibitors, and more than 20 stages and venues, thousands will be able to experience part of the massive 2015 Pride Celebration.

Reset San Francisco invites you to take part and participate in the celebration by marching in the Pride Parade to stand up for LGBT acceptance, rights, and equality.

For those who don’t yet have a group to march with, Assemblymember, Phil Ting is inviting citizens to, “celebrate culture, liberate people, and educate the world,” by marching with him in the Pride Parade.

Aside from protecting and celebrating LGBT rights, the Pride Parade is a great place for fun, music, and dancing.

Where to Meet

Assemblymember Ting invites everyone to join him at 10:30 a.m. near Market Street and Beal Street to gather for the parade. Attendees will receive t-shirts for the march.

For those who show their support for equal rights in the parade, Assemblymember Ting will be hosting a Pride Celebration with light refreshments later in his district office.

Exact parade meeting information leading up to the event will be provided to everyone who RSVPs. To RSVP and for further details on the event, email your contact information to [email protected] by 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 25.
